Partner privacy notice

• Account: your email, your password (stored only as a hash) and when you sign in.
• Profile and application: your name, country, bio, photo, where you post and your answers to the application questions.
• Social accounts: the handles and sites you give us. When you verify one, its public name and follower count, read once.
• Payout details: your PayPal email or bank details, and the name on the account.
• Tax forms: your W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E.
• ID documents: a photo of your ID or company registration, once your commissions pass USD 500 in total.
• Link and order statistics: clicks on your links (country, device, browser, referring site) and the orders and commissions they lead to. These don’t identify buyers to you.
• What you send us, such as emails to support and test eSIM requests.
• API use, if you have API keys (price-comparison sites reading the plan feed or the orders API): for each request, when it was made, which key (its last 4 characters), the address it came from, the user agent and the result. We use it to show you your integration status and to keep the API safe.

• To review your application and run your account and links.
• To count the orders that are yours and work out your commissions.
• To pay you, and to keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
• To prevent fraud and apply the Program terms.
• To email you about your application, commissions and payouts. Some of these emails can be turned off under Profile, Notifications.

• The Simvito staff who run the program.
• The payout services, with what they need to send your money: PayPal (your PayPal email and the amount) or Airwallex (your bank details, the name on the account and the amount).
• The companies that host our servers and send our email, only to do that for us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

On our servers in Singapore. Tax forms and ID documents are kept in private storage that only the program owner can open, through links that expire after 10 minutes.

• Account, profile and social accounts: while you are a partner, and deleted when you delete your account.
• Payout details: until you change them or delete your account.
• Tax forms and ID documents: 7 years after your last payout, as tax records, then deleted. If nothing is owed either way, we delete them sooner when you ask; deleting your account does this.
• Commission and payout records: 7 years after your last payout, for tax and accounting.
• Link and order statistics: while your links exist.
• API access log: 13 months.

• See and change your profile and payout details in the portal at any time.
• Change your login email or delete your account under Profile, Account. An account can be deleted once nothing is owed either way. A price-comparison site closes its account by writing to partners@simvito.com.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it: partners@simvito.com.

We email partners about important changes. The version and date are at the top of this page.
