Simvito Partners program terms
Version 2026-10-28, effective 28 October 2026
These terms are between you and Simvito Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, 11 September 2026 (Companies Registry No. 81210167), of Unit 11, 9/F, The Cloud, No. 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong (“Simvito”, “we”). They cover the Simvito affiliate program.
You agree to them when you apply to the program or accept an invitation to it.
1. Joining
- You must be at least 18. Apply on this site; we review every application by hand and may decline one.
- One partner account per person or company. What you tell us about yourself and where you post must be true.
- You can join from any country, as long as you can receive PayPal or bank transfers.
2. Your link and code
- You get a link (go.simvito.com/your-code) and a code. You can also make links to any page on simvito.com in your dashboard.
- An order counts for you when it is placed within 30 days after the buyer last clicked your link or entered your code at checkout. If they later click another partner’s link or enter another code, the latest one counts. Top-ups of an eSIM in that window count too. The full matching rules, with every result and how to ask us to check an order, are the Attribution rules.
- Buyers who use your link or code get 5% off, except on plans already at our lowest price. Those plans cost the same with or without a code.
3. Commission
- Each plan pays a set commission per order. Plans & commissions in your dashboard shows the amount for every plan. It is worked out from what the buyer pays, so when they pay with a payment method that has its own discount, the commission can be a little lower than shown.
- A new customer’s first order in the Simvito app pays up to USD 1 more. The bonus comes out of what the order earns us, so on the lowest-priced plans it is smaller.
- The commission is locked when the order is placed. When we change commissions or these terms, the change applies only to orders placed after it.
- Commissions are in US dollars. Orders paid in other currencies are converted when the order is placed.
4. Hold and payouts
- A commission is on hold for 30 days after the order (the refund window). After that it is ready to be paid.
- We pay once a month, by the 10th, by PayPal or by bank transfer through Airwallex, when your ready balance is at least USD 20. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. Simvito pays the transfer fees.
- While you are new, commissions are on hold for 45 days and one payout pays at most USD 200; the rest follows the next month. You stop being new once a payout has been paid to you, your first commission is at least 90 days old, and none of your orders had a chargeback in the last 120 days.
- Before your first payout we need the name on your payout account, which must be yours or your company’s, and a tax form: a W-9 in the United States, otherwise a W-8BEN for a person or a W-8BEN-E for a company.
- Once your commissions pass USD 500 in total, we check a photo of your ID (or your company registration) before the next payout.
- After you change your payout details, a payout can wait up to 14 days while we confirm the change with you. We may also check orders before paying, for example after a chargeback.
- Each payout comes with a statement in your dashboard. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
- When an order is refunded, its commission is canceled. When part of it is refunded, the commission is worked out again on what the order still earns after the refund, which can bring it to zero.
- While a buyer’s chargeback is open, the commission is on hold. A chargeback the buyer wins counts as a refund.
- This applies after payout too: a commission already paid on a refunded or charged-back order is taken from your later commissions.
6. What isn't allowed
- Buying through your own link or code, or having someone buy for you, to earn the commission.
- Bidding on “Simvito”, misspellings of it or simvito.com in search ads.
- Posting your code or link on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
- Posing as Simvito or its support team, or running accounts, ads or pages that look like ours.
- Fake clicks or orders, spam, and claims about Simvito that aren’t true.
Where you post, say that you earn a commission on your link, as the rules there require.
7. If these terms are broken
- We can cancel the commissions involved, and pause or close your account.
- Fraud ends the partnership at once, and commissions not yet paid are not paid.
8. Ending the partnership
- You can stop at any time. You can delete your account in the portal once nothing is owed either way, or email partners@simvito.com.
- We can end the partnership by email, 30 days after we tell you, or at once if these terms were broken. When it ends, your links and code stop working. Unless it ends because these terms were broken, commissions on orders placed before it ended are paid under these terms.
9. Your information
What we collect about you and how long we keep it is in the partner privacy notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We email you when we change these terms or the program settings. A change that is worse for you, such as a lower commission or discount, a longer hold or a higher minimum payout, takes effect no sooner than 30 days after that email; other changes can take effect at once. Changes apply to orders placed after they take effect. The version and date are at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong decide any dispute about them.
