Simvito terms for price-comparison sites
Version 2026-10-29, effective 29 October 2026
These terms are between your site and Simvito Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, 11 September 2026 (Companies Registry No. 81210167), of Unit 11, 9/F, The Cloud, No. 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong (“Simvito”, “we”). They cover listing Simvito plans on a price-comparison site and the commission for orders it refers.
1. What these terms cover
- These terms and the Your terms page in your partner account are the whole agreement between your site and Simvito. Your terms set what differs from site to site: your commission rate, any minimum per order, whether top-ups count and how refunds are handled.
- The Program terms are for creators and don’t apply to you. Comparison sites have no codes or buyer discounts, no payout minimum or cap, and no tax forms or ID checks.
- You agree to these terms when you set up your partner account or start using our plan feed or your links, whichever comes first. Where your terms and this page differ, your terms win.
2. Links and tracking
- Your links are simvito.com pages with your code in them (
?via=your-code). The plan feed already has them. A link never changes the price, and there is no code for buyers to type. - An order is yours when the latest valid referral in the 30 days before checkout came from your link. One partner per order. The full matching rules are the Attribution rules.
3. Commission
- You earn the rate in your terms on what the buyer paid for the order, after discounts and including tax. A payment in another currency is counted in USD at the market exchange rate of the payment day. Commission is paid in USD.
- If your terms set a minimum per order, an order that would earn less earns the minimum.
- Top-ups earn commission only if your terms say they count.
- The commission is fixed when the order is placed. A change to your rate applies only to later orders.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
Your terms say which of these two applies to you.
- Pending period. An order’s commission is pending for 45 days while you’re new and 30 days after that, then it’s confirmed. A refund in that time cancels it. A refund after it’s confirmed comes off the statement of the month it happens in.
- Refund allowance. No pending period: an order goes on the statement for the month it was placed. A refund doesn’t cancel the commission. When a month closes, if its fully refunded orders are no more than 5% of its orders, they come off its statement; above 5%, they stay on it and we go through them with you.
Either way, an order whose payment the buyer’s bank takes back (a lost chargeback) earns nothing. If its statement has already closed, it comes off the statement of the month it happens in.
5. Statements and payment
- One statement per calendar month (UTC), in your partner account, with every order behind it. A statement is final when its month ends.
- After each month, send your invoice for its statement to Simvito Limited at partners@simvito.com. We pay by the end of the following month (October’s statement by 30 November). A month that comes to zero or less has nothing to invoice; it carries over to the next statement.
- We agree the payment method with you before the first payment. Your partner account shows when each statement was paid and our reference. There is no payout minimum or cap.
- You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
6. Plan feed and API keys
- You create API keys in your partner account. A key is read-only: it reads the plan feed and the orders you referred, and nothing about buyers. Keep it private; you can revoke it at any time.
- The feed has our full catalog at the price a buyer pays at checkout. Pull it about once an hour, and no more than once a minute; the feed reference explains caching.
- Show plans and prices as the feed gives them, and keep them up to date.
7. Where our plans can appear
Allowed on your own site and apps: comparisons and listings, country and travel guides, and your own deals page.
Not allowed:
- Putting our links on other sites’ coupon, deal or cashback pages.
- Bidding on “Simvito”, misspellings of it or simvito.com in search ads.
- Buying through your own links, or having someone buy for you, to earn the commission.
- Fake clicks or orders, and claims about Simvito that aren’t true.
- Posing as Simvito, or pages and ads that look like ours.
For anything else, ask us first and we’ll reply by email.
8. If these terms are broken
- We can cancel the commissions involved, and pause or close the partnership.
- Fraud ends the partnership at once, and commissions not yet paid are not paid.
9. Ending the partnership
- Either of us can end the partnership with 30 days’ notice by email. We can end it at once if these terms are broken.
- When it ends, your links and keys stop working. Unless it ends because these terms were broken, commission on orders placed before it ended is paid under these terms.
10. Changes
We email you before we change these terms or your terms. A change that is worse for you takes effect no sooner than 30 days after that email, and applies to orders placed after it takes effect. The version and date are at the top of this page.
11. Your information
What we collect about you and how long we keep it is in the partner privacy notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong decide any dispute about them.
